Previously...

...in DC, I began at NPR in 2008 as an intern on All Things Considered; after that I worked at All Things Considered and Weekend All Things Considered before being hired full-time at Morning Edition, where in 2011 I directed live coverage the night Osama bin Laden's assassination was announced; in 2009-2012 I also produced audio installations for dc listening lounge's annual "Sound Scene" events; in 2012 I joined the writing staff of The Charlie Visconage Show; in 2013 I created/wrote DC's acclaimed installation "The Time Machine: A Scientific Romance," and in late 2013 I relocated to NPR West in Los Angeles.

Before that, I attended Penn State, where I majored in journalism and minored in business. I was a reporter and editor for The Daily Collegian and hosted/reported for NPR member station WPSU-FM.
